About Brice Garnett
Garnett’s love and passion for golf developed at a very young age in his hometown of Gallatin, Missouri. Idolizing Tom Watson and Payne Stewart, he would often spend his afternoons on the golf course with his father. According to Garnett’s mother, Nancy, she could not keep him off the links.
After finishing first on the Web.com Tour money list in 2017, Garnett earned a spot on the PGA Tour for the second time in his career. He secured his first-career PGA Tour win at the Puntacana Resort and Club Championship, sending him to his first-ever PGA Championship this past August. As one of just two golfers from the state of Missouri, the 100th PGA Championship, held at Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis, was extremely special for the “Show Me State” native as he played in front of a home crowd.
Garnett has a passion for bringing golf back to life and passing his love of the game down to the next generation of golfers. With his partnership with GreatLIFE, the sport is being exposed to young golfers all over the midwest. On September 13th, GreatLIFE teamed up with Garnett for the 2018 Arnold Palmer Spiked' Brice Garnett Pro-Scram Charity Golf Classic. The event, held at Staley Farms Golf Club raised over $5,000 to the GreatLIFE Cares Foundation.
The GreatLIFE Cares Foundation's mission is to, "Provide support & leadership for programs and efforts benefitting children, families, and organizations involving golf, fitness and healthy lifestyles." The GreatLIFE and Garnett partnership will continue to pave the way for the next generation of golfers by developing values, character and leadership qualities through a variety of programs.
